What Happens During Your Session
Consultation & Style Selection
Your natural lash health is assessed — length, thickness, curl and growth direction. Your face shape and lifestyle are discussed to recommend the best style, length (10–16mm), curl (B, C, D, J curl) and thickness (0.05–0.20mm). You choose your look from a full style menu.
Eye Preparation & Padding
You lie down comfortably. The lower lashes are taped down gently with under-eye gel pads to keep them separate. The upper lashes are cleaned with a lash primer to remove any oil or product — clean lashes are essential for good adhesive bond and long retention.
Extension Application
Using tweezers and a specially formulated adhesive, extensions are applied one by one (classic) or in fans (volume) to your natural lashes — never to the skin. This process takes 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the style. You simply lie still with your eyes closed. Many clients fall asleep.
Curing, Brushing & Review
Once all extensions are applied, the adhesive is fully cured using a nano-mist of distilled water or a lash sealer. The lashes are then gently brushed into shape and you review the finished look. Aftercare instructions are explained and a lash wand is provided.
What to Expect After Your Session
Good aftercare is the single biggest factor in how long your lash extensions last. Follow these guidelines and your lashes will look full for 3–4 weeks.
Lashes are done and look beautiful. Keep lashes completely dry for the first 24–48 hours — water weakens the adhesive before it fully cures. Avoid rubbing, touching or sleeping face-down.
Adhesive fully cured. You can now carefully wash your face — splash gently around the eyes, avoid soaking. Brush lashes daily with the spoolie wand. Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
Lashes settle into their natural position. Some initial shedding is normal — extensions fall with your natural lash shed cycle (every 6–8 weeks each lash falls out). This is expected and not a problem.
You will notice gaps forming as natural lashes shed with extensions attached. Book an infill appointment at 3–4 weeks to fill the gaps. Do not wait too long or you will need a full new set.
Infills take 45–90 minutes and cost less than a full set. A full fresh set lasts 6–8 weeks with 2 infill appointments. Regular infills keep your lashes looking full and healthy continuously.
Extensions naturally fall out with your natural lash cycle over 4–6 weeks. If you want them removed professionally, a lash remover dissolves the adhesive in 10–15 minutes — completely safe with no damage to natural lashes.

- Your natural lashes are in good health (no excessive breakage)
- You are not allergic to cyanoacrylate adhesive (patch test offered)
- You can commit to gentle aftercare and regular infills
Not Ideal For
- Alopecia universalis (total lash loss — no natural lash to attach to)
- Active eye infection, conjunctivitis or blepharitis
- Known allergy to cyanoacrylate (lash adhesive)
- Trichotillomania (compulsive hair-pulling)
- Very oily eyelids — retention will be poor without adjustment
- Chemotherapy patients — consult your oncologist first
- Anyone who cannot avoid rubbing their eyes (allergies, dry eyes)
